About the founder
Ryan Hejazi graduated from University Of British Columbia with a degree in Economics and Commerce. He has been living in British Columbia since 1994. He has always been a hands-on type of Leader in any project he has ever participated in as he still is today. He founded the Canadian Pacific North Construction in 2004 with the philosophy of making the Renovation process an easy and seamless one for his clients. His core business ideology revolves around honesty, integrity, and building a long lasting relationship with his clients. He has worked in the Construction industry for over 20 years and loves to work with his hands and receives great satisfaction when fixing, creating, and transforming.

CPN Construction Ltd. (Canadian Pacific North Construction Ltd.) was founded by Moham (Ryan) Hejazi in 2004 with a vision to make remodeling and renovations a seamless, transparent, and reliable process. Our team has been involved in various projects such as general residential, commercial and medical space remodeling and renovations.

While the team specializes in Dental and Medical practices, it also has proven experience in successfully completing general commercial and residential space remodeling projects. Our experience includes new construction, phased renovations, restorations and custom or technically-complex projects. We work extremely hard to minimize our environmental footprint. We also prioritize health and safety codes and best practices to protect our clients and associates, as well as project sites and neighborhoods.
